These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Webcraft Agency LLC ("Web·Craft," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Web·Craft designs and builds websites and provides related services such as local SEO, hosting and care, and optional chatbot integration for business owners. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are described in the proposal or agreement provided to you.
Sample-first model
We may build a working sample of your website before you commit. A sample is provided for your review and does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use it until a paid agreement is in place.
Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and any recurring charges are set out in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as invoiced. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual property
Until full payment is received for a given deliverable, all work product remains the property of Webcraft Agency LLC. Upon full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and any tools or frameworks we reuse across clients.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and content needed to deliver the services.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a reasonable timeframe.
SMS / text messaging terms
Web·Craft operates an SMS program for prospects and customers who opt in. By providing your mobile number and giving consent (through our website form or by verbally agreeing on a call), you agree to receive text messages from Webcraft Agency LLC related to your inquiry or engagement. These messages may include a link to the demo website we built for your business, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and follow-ups to schedule a strategy call. This is a conversational and transactional program, and message frequency varies based on your activity.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the email or phone number in the "Contact us" section below.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee that any message will be delivered. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program. We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webcraft Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
